The Hallway & Living Room
Sometimes you have to go back to brick to bring out a property’s best. That was certainly the case with this revamp, which needed some damp plaster removing so that it could be reskimmed and redecorated. For improved safety, we also mended a troublesome fault in the staircase.
By using fresh modern tones of grey throughout, on the walls and fresh new carpets, we’ve managed to achieve a modern and unified look.
The Kitchen
Installing a fresh white kitchen suite with a black modern worktop has transformed this space from drab to fab, complete with an electric oven and hob.
By giving the kitchen the same dark wooden flooring as the rest of the downstairs, the property now boasts a much nicer flow.
The Bathroom
Nice white bathroom suites are always a massive hit with tenants and this transformation is certainly an eye-catcher.
The electric shower and modern glass shower screen are well complemented by white tiles, setting off the entire scheme.
